Oh how I delight in the opera! I've enjoyed it most while residing in Paris, but recently had the wonderful experience of Verdi's Gianna d'Arco performed by the Sarasota Opera. I find it astonishing to turn the calendar to February of 2010 already! We had such a delightful month of January starting with an auspicious start with concerts of the Sarasota Orchestra and the Venice Symphony.
